Philip Errington MRICS

I am a Director heading up the northern project monitoring team. As a chartered building surveyor who has undertaken monitoring roles across a range of property sectors – including for a funder in-house – I am well placed to give reasoned, commercial advice to funders and developers.

While I grew up in Yorkshire, I am a Geordie at heart! I’m a keen follower of all sport, especially Newcastle United. Away from work, I spend much of my time with family and enjoy the occasional round of golf.
