Chris Ramsay-Wright MRICS

Chris is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Chartered Construction Manager specialising in bank monitoring for senior, mezzanine and bridging finance lenders with typical loans between £5m-£75m. Chris holds memberships with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Chartered Institution of Building (MCIOB). Chris retains diverse construction experience in sectors such as hospitality, elderly care, industrial, justice, retail, agricultural, education, and residential development. Chris also undertakes due diligence for distressed assets and provides advise to funders operating work out and recovery or restructuring debt for distressed assets. Chris has previously held roles in Project Management and management of assets.
